Biography

Jéromine Chaumard is the Sports Business Manager of Omega Sports Holding (OSH). She is responsible for managing and supervising the company’s daily operations and optimizing operational processes to improve productivity and profitability. In close collaboration with the management team, she contributes to the development of growth strategies. She is also responsible for the financial and budgetary analysis of the structure and its assets, as well as strategic partnerships.

She began her career in the international development sector, spending seven years in Togo as program manager for the associative platform ‘Les Universités Sociales du Togo’. In charge of program management, team leadership, and network coordination consisting of around thirty civil society organizations, Miss Chaumard directly managed a team of ten people and coordinated large-scale national and sub-regional projects, in collaboration with international cooperation organizations. 

Upon her return to France, Miss Chaumard worked as a Partnerships Manager for Southern Africa and the Indian Ocean at CCFD-Terre Solidaire, the leading French development NGO. Her portfolio consisted of about thirty partners spread across four countries.

From 2020 to 2023, Jeromine joined the non-profit organisation Milédou, a program that uses basketball as an entry point to educate and empower youth in Togo and Cote d’Ivoire, as a Head of business operations and partnerships. Jéromine was able to participate in the 2nd edition of the Basketball Africa League (BAL) in 2022, invited by the BAL Partnerships Department, and take part in various internal activities.

Alongside her salaried activities, Miss Chaumard was a consultant and supported organizations in optimizing their management and improving their performance.

Jéromine Chaumard holds a master’s degree in Urban Planning and Development from Paris Sorbonne University, as well as a Magister degree (highly selective three-year course in the French higher education system) in Local Planning and Development, both with Magna cum Laude. Seeking to strengthen her expertise on the African continent, she then obtained a second master’s degree from the Paris-Sud University in Economics, Law and Management with a major in Project Governance in Africa.
